Introducing the Service Catalogue in Clarity
We’re pleased to introduce the Service Catalogue in Clarity - a simpler, more consistent way to submit, track and fulfil service requests.
Built to improve visibility, speed and efficiency, the Service Catalogue standardises how requests are raised and handled. That means the right information is captured from the outset, helping us route requests quickly to the teams best placed to support you.
Why This Matters
The Service Catalogue makes it easier to submit requests correctly the first time, with purpose-built forms designed to capture the right information upfront. That means less back-and-forth, faster routing, and a smoother experience from request to fulfilment.
What’s New
A dedicated Service Catalogue experience in Clarity : All available request types are now brought together in one place, making it easier to find the right option and submit requests with confidence.
Targeted catalogue items with structured forms : As part of this initial release, the catalogue focuses on the most common notices customers send to us. Each catalogue item includes a tailored form designed to capture the specific details needed to fulfil that request efficiently.
Available Catalogue Items
Notice of Planned Travel (31 March) : Notify Quorum Cyber when users will be travelling outside their usual country and accessing corporate resources. By sharing travel dates and destinations, the SOC can correctly identify and respond to legitimate out-of-region activity.
Notice of Heightened Risk (6 April) : Inform Quorum Cyber about events or circumstances in your environment that may increase your organisation’s security risk. You can also specify how related alerts should be handled, enabling heightened scrutiny of activity linked to relevant indicators of compromise (IOCs).
Notice of Planned Maintenance (6 April) : Let the Quorum Cyber SOC know about planned maintenance activity and the systems or devices affected. This allows us to tailor alert handling for impacted assets while maintaining standard monitoring across the rest of your environment.
Notice of Planned Penetration Test / Red Team Exercise (6 April) : Notify Quorum Cyber of upcoming penetration tests or red team activity, including timing, scope, affected assets and relevant techniques. This allows our SOC to handle test-generated activity appropriately, while maintaining normal monitoring elsewhere.
Notice of Planned Phishing Simulation (6 April) : Inform Quorum Cyber of planned phishing simulation exercises, including timing and scope. This helps ensure simulation-related activity is handled appropriately, without affecting standard phishing detection and response across your wider environment.
What This Means For You
Faster request handling with fewer follow-up questions
Clearer guidance on the information required for each request
A more consistent, streamlined experience in Clarity
The new Service Catalogue experience will be available in Clarity from 31 March. As we continue to develop and expand the experience, new catalogue items will be added with your feedback helping to shape what comes next.
If you have any questions, or if the catalogue doesn’t yet include the request type you need, the General Request option will still be available so you can always reach the right team.
