Enhancing Your Health Alerts Experience

We're excited to introduce the latest improvements to Health Alerts in Clarity! This update brings a streamlined design, improved visibility, and a way to take action on your health alert tickets, similar to how you experience other cyber incidents in the platform today.

What’s New?

  • New Layout - A new look and feel with a streamlined design and improved visibility.

  • Action Button – Use a ticket’s action button to resolve, tune or escalate each health alert.

  • Expanded Action Button Capability For a select group of alerts, use a ticket’s action button to confirm the most appropriate response for each health alert.

    • Expanded Capability Applies To:

      • Connector Offline Alerts

      • Billable Ingestion Alerts

Starting August 21, you will see these improvements reflected in your dashboard.
