Following the recent updates to the Recommendations list view, we are now updating other list views across Clarity, this will include: Cyber Incidents, Data Security Incidents, Other Incidents, Self-Service Hub, Health Alerts, Service Checks, Threat Hunts, and Service Requests.
These changes are designed to help you find, review, and manage your tickets more quickly and easily. The updated list view introduce better visibility of key information, more intuitive filtering and the ability to export.
