This update brings a streamlined design, improved visibility, and a way to take action on your self service tickets, similar to how you experience other cyber incidents in the platform today.

  • Ability to resolve incidents - Easily take action on self service incidents using the action button within a ticket

  • Organised Tab Structure - The new layout separates current work requiring your attention, from historical data, reports and insights

  • Improved Usability - A clearer design to make it easier to navigate and manage your work efficiently


Starting June 20, you will see these improvements reflected in your dashboard.
