As of Monday 1st September 2025, the data retention policy for phishing email preview data is set to a maximum of 6 months.
This means:
No phishing email preview data older than 6 months will be stored.
Tickets will remain fully functional and viewable in Clarity, even if the associated phishing preview data has been removed.
Tickets created within the last 6 months will continue to display preview data as normal.
