Transparency in Your Service Request Experience

We’re excited to introduce the latest enhancements to Clarity Service Requests, designed to improve transparency and responsiveness for our customers.

With this update, you’ll be able to track the progress of your Service Requests more clearly, while your Service Delivery Manager remains actively involved throughout the process—ensuring timely updates and smooth coordination throughout the delivery of your request.

What’s New?

  • Quick Access from List View: You can now create a new Service Request directly from the list view page—making it faster and easier to get started.

  • Dedicated Service Delivery Management: Your Service Delivery Manager will now oversee each Service Request from start to finish, ensuring consistent support and a seamless delivery experience.

  • Request Guidance Banner: A new banner on the create a Service Request form provides helpful guidance, so you can get the right support quickly.

  • Custom Notification Settings: You can now configure your preference to receive notifications related to your Service Requests.

  • Timely Notifications: If we need more information to proceed with your request, you’ll receive a notification so we can keep things moving without delay.

These enhancements will be available to you in Clarity, from Wednesday 17th September.
