Enhanced Severity Classification for Phishing Tickets
We’re excited to announce an improvement to how severity is displayed for phishing tickets in Clarity!
To better align with SOC workflows and improve clarity in ticket handling, Clarity now supports a view for tickets tagged as "Suspicious" by the SOC.
This enhancement ensures that:
Tickets marked with a "Suspicious" tag will now appear with "Suspicious" severity in Clarity.
The Phish dashboard and list view display this view
This update helps teams more accurately reflect the intent behind SOC tagging and improves visibility for triage and reporting
Starting 19th August, you will see these improvements reflected Clarity.
