Unified Incident Management in Clarity
We’re making it easier for you to manage and view all your incidents in one place.
What’s changing?
Previously, Data Security (MDS) incidents were displayed in a separate area within Clarity. Based on your feedback, we’ve consolidated these into the Cyber Incidents section, so you no longer need to navigate across multiple areas.
Key Features:
Naming Update:
MDS or Data Security Incidents are now named Data Incidents.
Unified List Views:
MDS incidents now appear in the Cyber Incidents list view.
Filter by Type in the list view includes ‘Data’ for data incidents.
Data Incidents type is included in exports for easy reporting.
Incident Details:
Data incident type is clearly visible on individual incident views.
Dashboard cards now include Data Incidents with direct links to list views.
Dashboard Enhancements:
Dashboard can be sliced by incident type, including Data Incidents.
An “All” option is available in drop-down menus for a consolidated view across all incident types (default selection).
Simplified Navigation:
The separate Data Security Incident area has been removed—everything is now under Cyber Incidents.
Notifications
You can now subscribe to Data Incident notifications separate from Cyber incidents
For the release, all recipients of Cyber Incident notifications have been configured to receive Data Incident notifications. This can easily be changed in your Notifications settings page in Clarity
Starting 1st December, you will see these improvements reflected in Clarity.
