We’re introducing new improvements to Health Alerts in Clarity, designed to give you more control of your tickets and reduce unnecessary follow‑ups.
You can now subscribe to Health Alert notifications, ensuring the right people are alerted when attention is needed. Subscriptions are fully opt‑in, allowing you to decide who receives updates.
In addition, you can now close Health Alert tickets directly in Clarity when no further action is required by either your team or Quorum Cyber. This makes it easier to keep your ticket queue clean and focus on alerts that genuinely need investigation or remediation.
