Clarity User Guides

We recommend that you use single-sign fog logging into Clarity. You can trigger this change of authentication via the platform itself, before the final step is completed and SSO is fully enabled via one of our team.

Prerequisites
  • Be a registered Clarity user with 'Administrator' permissions, meaning you can see the 'Organisation settings' icon in the top right corner.

Steps to enable SSO from Clarity

When you are logged into the platform:

  • Click on the Organisation Settings icon to open an options list. Select Single Sign-On.

A dialog will open up:

  • Select Setup & Switch to SSO

  • Fill in the relevant details.

Check to ensure you fill in the Primary Domain correctly. By default it will take the email domain of the logged in user.

  • Submit. When submitted, this triggers a notification to our team who completes the final step in the process. If you have any questions, please reach out to your Service Delivery Manager.
