Clarity User Guides

Through Clarity you can configure email notifications to notify you of when an incident requires your attention or input in order for it to be resolved.


  1. If you want to edit or configure your notification preferences, navigate to https://clarity.quorumcyber.com

  2. Click "Notification Settings" from the Settings icon in the top-right utility navigation. Access to this is limited to users with 'administrator' permissions.

  3. Click "Add a new contact"

  4. Enter the email address(s) or teams channels that you'd like notifications to be sent to

  5. Configure any optional settings, such as priority of incidents that the contact will receive.

  6. Click "Save configuration"

  7. You've now successfully added your contact. A small toast will appear confirming that you're up and running.
