Enhance Clarity Search Functionality

The current search functionality is limited to specific fields (ID, Summary, Cause, and Resolution at the moment, I think) so I can't easily find tickets based on information contained in other fields, such as Description, Entities, Notes, Assessment, and Background.

The search feature could be expanded to include a full-text search across all (or most) fields so users could search by keywords, email addresses, or whatever they're looking for, and the system would return tickets that match, regardless of which field the information appears in. An option to switch into an advanced search mode where you can specify what text you're looking for in which field would be a great next step.


All users of the ticketing system would benefit from this improvement.
