Bulk Close Functionality for Self Service Hub Requests

Hi Team,

I would like to request an enhancement to the Clarity Self Service Hub.

Currently, requests can only be managed individually, and the Actions menu only provides Assign and Unassign options. For cases where multiple requests are identified as false positives or no longer require action, each request must be opened and closed individually, which is time-consuming.

Could you please add a bulk close capability that allows users to select multiple requests and close them in a single action?

This would significantly improve efficiency when handling large numbers of false-positive requests and reduce administrative effort.
