Service Request Improvement: Add Last Updated or Closed Date Field

Can we add a ‘last modified date’ or ‘closed date’ to service requests so I can track when tickets are closed? Sometimes tickets are closed much later than when they were created, and I lose track of the most recently worked ones. Being able to filter by modified date would make it easier to identify recent activity.
