Currently, there is no ability to filter key metrics such as MTTR and MTTH by ticket priority within Clarity. This limits the ability to accurately analyze performance across different priority levels (e.g. P1 vs P2 vs P3). Enabling priority-based filtering for KPIs would improve reporting accuracy and provide more meaningful insights into service performance.
Thanks for your submission! The good news is this is coming as part of the KPI and SLA release. We will be updating the Dashboard to allow for filtering by priority and the metrics will update accordingly. We are very close to our Beta release.
