Deferral Ratio Calculation and Reporting Accuracy

The current deferral ratio percentage in Clarity does not align with monthly PowerBI reporting. There appears to be a discrepancy in how the metric is calculated or presented. Additionally, there should be an option to display the actual number of deferred items instead of only showing a percentage.
