Column resizing for title within Cyber Incidents/Security Posture view

Due to the length of some of the incident names and security posture recommendations, some customers have requested either column resizing or overflowing onto multiple lines to accommodate the length for readability purposes.

Currently views only show "..." if the line is too long, and do not show the full recommendation name on mouseover, therefore some incidents/recommendations are potentially missed if they are similar titles.
