Split MTTR and MTTH Metrics by Priority Merged

Currently, the MTTR and MTTH metrics in the portal are displayed as a single value across all ticket priorities, which can skew the data and reduce its usefulness for operational insights. It would be more valuable to see these metrics broken out by priority level - for example, viewing MTTR separately for P1, P2, and P3 tickets. This would help us better understand performance and response trends based on urgency and business impact.
