Darren Chapman (Quorum Advisory Services) and I were reviewing the Clarity dashboards last week, putting together a Board pack that will go to the Board one a quarter. We thought it would be useful if you could filter the following sections by ticket priority:
"Key metrics" (everything except Total Ingestion and Total Events)
"Root cause overview"
"Resolution overview"
That would allow us to see, for example, how quickly P0 tickets are responded to vs P1 etc.
I know that you have access to a nice PowerBI report where you can slice and dice the data. If there's any way we can be given access to view that it would be great.
