Filter dashboard by priority

Darren Chapman (Quorum Advisory Services) and I were reviewing the Clarity dashboards last week, putting together a Board pack that will go to the Board one a quarter. We thought it would be useful if you could filter the following sections by ticket priority:

  • "Key metrics" (everything except Total Ingestion and Total Events)

  • "Root cause overview"

  • "Resolution overview"

That would allow us to see, for example, how quickly P0 tickets are responded to vs P1 etc.


I know that you have access to a nice PowerBI report where you can slice and dice the data. If there's any way we can be given access to view that it would be great.
