Currently, the incident view will display "Incident created in Sentinel" when a new incident is created and then "Incident resolved" or "Incident closed" when the incident is resolved.
This has led to some confusion as it's not exactly clear where this resolution has came from. It could be good to showcase where the closure came from e.g. "Resolved by QC Analyst", "Resolved by Clarity Automation", "Resolved in Sentinel".
There is the "Security Analyst" field but this either references something similar to "Automation For Jira" or "Clarity Integrations Engine" and it's easy to miss. Maybe this could be an expansion of the closure field.
