Auto-Assign Resolver as Case Owner

Automatically assign the case owner as the user who resolves the ticket, if no owner is already assigned.

Rationale:

Sometimes we forget to assign a ticket to ourselves before resolving it. It would be helpful if the system could automatically assign the individual who resolved the ticket as the case owner in those situations, to ensure accurate ownership tracking.

    When any of our customers resolve an incident, we automatically assign it to the user who completes the action.
