We love hearing your ideas and insights and we use these to ensure Clarity is moulded by your experiences and needs. By sharing your feedback, you play a crucial role in shaping our Clarity Platform to better protect you and our customer community.
Each idea that is submitted is reviewed by one of our product team, and within the next few days we categorise your idea. You will then receive an email to let you know what our immediate thoughts are, and in most cases we leave a comment to give you some context. You can also browse the ideas that other users have shared, and you can vote for the ones you are particularly keen to see us bring to life.

Needs Review - We are due to look at it
Under Review - We are currently reviewing your idea
Future consideration - We love your idea and will consider it in the future, but it has not been planned into our short to mid-term roadmap
Already Exists - The functionality already exists in the portal today, or someone has already submitted this idea previously
In refinement/design - We love your idea and are currently ironing out the details
Planned - Your idea has been refined and is now prioritised and planned in our short- to mid-term roadmap
Shipped - Your idea has been brought to life and is now available for use
Will not implement - For one or more reasons, we have made a decision to not prioritise your idea. You can find out more about why that is in the comment section on the idea itself.
