Amend links that connect with parent tickets

When tickets are closed by automation, it says This ticket has been marked as a child ticket of https://quorumcyberservicedesk.atlassian.net/browse/PB-xxxx#icft=PB-xxxx All updates and work can be found onhttps://quorumcyberservicedesk.atlassian.net/browse/PB-xxxx#icft=PB-xxxx. I cannot view these links. Can you please amend the links so that they link to the clarity portal tickets so that us customers can easily click on the parent tickets to see what it is. It used to be like this up until recently.
