Open images in the same browser window

When reading through an incident, clicking on an image pops a new window, this becomes frustrating as many times the screenshots / images are illegible when reading in the normal flow of the incident. The new window then needs closing to return to the previous windows with the incident.

A better experience would be to display the image within the current window, so that it can be scaled, zoomed etc. when done, clicking off the image would return to the previous window.
