Clarity contacts tab priority scheduling

Could a feature enabling us to schedule how long an analyst is first priority, second priority, etc or Do not contact. This would enable us to automate our on-call schedule within the clarity contacts tab rather than requiring us to manually update the priority order each week.

The accuracy of who is currently on-call would be improved. If the option to block out users within the schedule as Do not contact this would enable the QC analyst team to reach the right member of SNG SecOps team more swiftly.
