Ability to request new telemetry monitoring sources via Clarity portal.

It would be beneficial to introduce a formal change request process for onboarding additional or new detection sources (e.g. cloud sources, connectors, or technology stacks) into the core service. This would ensure all changes are appropriately recorded while maintaining a single source of truth for tracking sources added since the service was onboarded.
