We have Entra Verified ID already within the organisation and this can be extended to our customer base to allow them to verify QC staff are who they say they are when interacting (I understand customers are asking for this already).
We have the infrastructure available to us through MSFT Entra, we just need to build the user interfaces and flows to fulfil this requirement - suggest that we force our side to use Face Check as part of the flow - this means our users would need to upload to their profile a picture.

We could also use this internally within QC for our own purposes which would save my team from building our own web interfaces and other integrations etc.
