On the Cyber Incidents page (which currently lists ID, Priority, Status, Title, Assignee, Type, Resolution, Cause, Created), please add a “Security Analyst” field.

Reasoning:

• The current Assignee field is sometimes blank when incidents are resolved or handled by Quorum Cyber analysts.

• The Security Analyst field typically shows which QC analyst is assigned to the case, which is critical for:

  • Accurate reporting

  • Quick identification of responsible analysts when reviewing incidents

Adding this field will improve visibility and accountability for MSSP-managed incidents.
