Drill Down on Key Metrics (SLA Missed & DA Taken)

It would be useful if we could drill down on certain items under Key Metrics on the dashboard. Specifically, if we see a number under SLA Missed and Delegated Action Taken, I want to be able to click on this and see which tickets are being referenced.
