It would be extremely helpful if customers were able to select their region within clarity (available possibly both front end for customer to edit and viewable in admin.quorumcyber.com). This would assist with knowing where in the world customers reside and assist with scheduling meetings/ appropriate staff member to be assigned to assist.
The two areas I've thought of that this could possibly go.
Admin portal - within overview
Within Clarity -> User Management (allowing different users within a single company to work over multiple time zones)
